About

In the summer of 2014, Chloe Peterson, then 11 years old, decided she wanted to organize a 5k fun run for the Lower Yakima Valley that would be family-friendly and be able to be completed by all athletic abilities.  We had our first race in September that year and are now onto our fifth annual race in September 2018.  We now have a 5k and 10k course set out between Grandview and Prosser, WA. Our goal is to raise funds and awareness for NF (neurofibromatosis).

Both races start and finish at the Grandview Rose Garden. The course is very flat. There will be water and Gatorade provided on both courses. other refreshments and snacks will be provided at the finish.

Chloe has chosen to dedicate the funds from the race to the Children's Tumor Foundation. This foundation raises funds for neurofibromatosis, better known as NF. For more information please visit their website at www.ctf.org

We are accepting online registration currently.

Packet pick-up will be Sunday morning starting at 7:30 am.

Both races will begin at 9:00 am.
